These farmers take great pride in producing the purest hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) in the world to deliver premium hemp product solutions.
Our suppliers only provide premium whole-plant hemp products, grown on US family farms, processed into bulk ingredients in the US, and then manufactured in FDA compliant facilities. Each batch is 3rd party tested to ensure purity, consistency and quality. Each partner farm operates under state licenses from their state's Department of Agriculture.
Passage of the 2018 Farm Bill cleared the way for hemp to be grown on domestic soil. Section 7606 conveyed to state Departments of Agriculture, and institutions of higher learning, the ability to grow, cultivate, process and market hemp so long as research projects were conducted in accordance with corresponding state and federal laws.
Hemp is legal to ship to all 50 states and more than 40 countries as long as it has very low THC. It cannot cause a high because it has no psychoactive properties but rather is considered to be a super-food.
True industrial hemp is genetically inferior to medicinal hemp which is what Go Hemp offers, yet it is defined the same way by the regulatory agencies.
